JD'S MASHED POTATOES
INGREDIENTS

3 Pounds Potatoes

1 Scoop JD's Salsa Seasoning

1 Cup Sour Cream
-
2 tbsp. Butter
-
1/2 tsp. Salt
-
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
-Cook potatoes in lightly salted boiling water for 20 – 25 minutes, drain, mash with a potato masher or electric mixer.
-Add Butter, salt, pepper and JD’s.
Gradually whip in sour cream to make potatoes light and fluffy
