JD'S SALSA VERDE

  • ½ lb of tomatillos, husked and quartered

  • 1 serrano chile, chopped

  • 2 medium sized garlic cloves, chopped

  • 1 small white onion. Chopped

  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped

  • 2 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 heaping scoop Mild or Hot JD’s Salsa mix

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Delicious and so easy to make!!

-Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse to a coarse consistency
